We've had some great user feedback on our improved WhatsApp service and made selecting from multiple clients even simpler! You told us that Jack was sending too many confirmation messages, we've reduced that too!

Notes

When reviewing your transaction details, we’ve added in a new field for you to leave some notes and have them published. Scroll down to the bottom right-hand side and you’ll see a spot for you to enter anything really. They’ll get published, along with everything else, to the Accounting Platform.

This isn’t the same as our Comments feature, which is more for your internal Jack work or if you wanted to leave a message for anyone else who is using Jack.

Publishing 

You may have noticed how fast Jack has been publishing transactions lately, we've worked hard to speed this up even more! We've got two exciting updates. 

• The ability to manually mark as published
• Notifications when Jack has successfully published a transaction

  This is a big one for many of our Jack users. Finally having the ability to Rotate and Zoom into documents that extract sideways or are too small. Non-pdf documents are now also downloadable!
