How to Send Documents via WhatsApp to Jack for Extraction

Learn how Company employees/owners and Practice members can send documents to Jack for extraction. Practice members will be able to select the relevant company before sending.

For Company Users (Client Employees) who only have access to one company:

  1. After successfully connecting to Jack, you will receive a welcome message on WhatsApp.

     

  2. Tap on "/Company" on the message to select a company. Then, you can proceed through the subsequent screens to view the selection process, as shown in the images below. Just so you know, this is required for only first time, afterwards you can send documents without selecting company since you're connected to just one company.





  3. To send a document for extraction, select the file(s) from your phone and tap Send.



  4. Jack will receive the document and begin processing it.





    For Practice Users who have access to more than one company/client:

    1. After successfully connecting to Jack, you will receive a welcome message on WhatsApp. Tap /company message and send to select company.




    1. Tap on "Select Company" to pick a company. Continue through the subsequent screens to view the selection process as illustrated in the images below.








    3. To send a document for extraction, select the file(s) from your phone and tap Send.




    4. Jack will receive the document and begin processing it.



    Tip: You can switch between companies using slash commands on WhatsApp. Type '/' and select 'choose company' to pick a company.
