WhatsApp - Connecting Jack 

By connecting to Jack's WhatsApp number, you no longer need to manually upload documents on the Jenesys WebApp for Jack to extract. Simply take a photo or use an existing file on your phone, send to the number saved and Jack will take care of the rest.

There are two ways to connect the WhatsApp feature:

• Settings > Connections > WhatsApp
• Dashboard

As a Team Member of a Practice or a Company Admin, inviting a Company User to connect to Jack's WhatsApp is a simple process when working in the Client view.

1. Click on the Settings Button on the side panel in the WebApp
2. Click on Team Tab and hover over the WhatsApp icon in the row of the team member you wish to invite to connect to Jack's WhatsApp.

   3. You can click on the Connections Tab and navigate to Manage under the WhatsApp icon. You'll see a list of team members there and the option to invite them to connect to Jack's WhatsApp.
   
   
    

    
   
   4. You can follow the next steps to add the number of the user. If you do not have their number skip to step 6.
   
   
   
   5. The company or practice user will receive an email asking them to connect and instructions for how to do this. Once they "Opt in", Jack will send them a WhatsApp message. Refer to this article to understand how to send documents to Jack for extraction.

6. If you (Practice or Company Admin ) don't have the user's WhatsApp number, you can invite them by ticking the checkbox "I don’t have the user’s WhatsApp number" and then clicking send invite, as illustrated in the images below.

       

         Tick the box "I don’t possess the user’s WhatsApp number"           

        Click "Send Invite" to dispatch an email prompting the user to connect to WhatsApp.

As a Company User, you can also connecting to Jack's WhatsApp is very simple.
     

1. Login to Jack's WebApp, either via the email sent through the invitation received or at jack.jenesys.co ​
   
   
    
   
   
   
2. On the Dashboard or go to Settings and you'll see a message asking if you would like to Connect to Jack's WhatsApp. Click Connect to start the process.

3. Enter your WhatsApp number, agree to our Terms and Conditions, and then click Connect to link with Jack.
