Bulk Edit



If Jack hasn't extracted something 100% and you want to make a change, but don't feel like clicking line after line, then great news - you don't have to! We've built a Bulk Edit feature which means you can change Account Codes, VAT Codes or delete lines with one click.

Advanced Filter Search

Although we've tried to put the most used fields on our Bookkeeping page,  we do get requests for other fields to be displayed. Instead of choosing the best and most requested fields, we just went ahead and built an Advanced Filter feature rather. So if you are unable to search for a filed that is currently displayed, this feature is for you.

Improvements:

  • Client Selection
     
    We know some users were having an issue selecting clients when viewing Jack as a Practice. We've improved this and you'll now be able to select clients without any hassle. BUT please let us know if not!

  • New Suppliers 



    We've been told that sometimes it's hard to see that a Supplier Jack selects is actually a new one. So we made a small adjustment and moved the (New) to be displayed next to the Supplier Field, making it more visible! If the supplier is not new then it won't say anything.
