Client Settings
In this Guide, you’ll learn how to manage the different available tabs under client settings.
1. How to Update Company Information:
Click the 'Settings' button on the left side panel.
Then click the 'Company Profile' button.
Lastly, update the fields you want to then click on 'Update Company Information.'
You can update company details such as:
- Business Info - Company Legal Name, VAT Number, UK Company Number
- Business Location - Street Address, City, Postcode
- Contact Information - Primary Email Address, Primary User Name
Click the 'Settings' button on the left side panel.
Then, click the 'Team' tab.
Click 'Invite People' and supply all the detail requested.
Select a 'Department' already created, or create a new 'Department.'
Select a Role from the dropdown options.
Click 'Send Invite' or 'Send and Invite Another.'
3. How to Manage Connections
Click the 'Settings' button on the left side panel.
Then, click the 'Connections' tab.
This is where you can select which Accounting Platform to connect to and whether to enable different methods for Jack to retrieve expenses and documents.
